RETURN & EXCHANGE

In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you received the order to return or exchange the products.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR JEWEL:

The return must be done within 14 days of the original package being delivery. 

RETURN or EXCHANGE DUE TO DISSATISFACTION:

The shipping costs and custom charges for returning or exchanging the products are charged to the customer. The return will be the responsibility of the customer until the box is delivered to our location. In the case of an exchange, the customer will pay for the new shipping cost to send the new product.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:

In the case of Returns due to incorrect, damaged or defective product, the shipping costs are at our expense. In addition to the value of the products purchased, the amount relating to logistics costs incurred for the delivery of the order will also be reimbursed, in the event that the returned product is the only one present in the order. Furthermore, the transport costs for the return will not be charged.

REFUND:

The return or exchange will be managed within 14 working days from the date of delivery to our warehouse.Timing may vary due to transport delays in the case of holidays or force majeure, nevertheless, we want to reassure you that we will always continue to strive to limit these changes as much as possible.We will proceed with the refund of the item only after having carried out the appropriate quality checks or to verify, in the event that the product had been returned for defects, the actual non-conformity declared by the end customer. All payments made for the returned items will be refunded. The refund takes about 14 days from the verification of the item made. Refunds will be made using the same payment instrument used for the purchase.
